These Terms govern your access to and use of the Tap In website and product operated by Tap In Systems ("Tap In", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Tap In, you agree to these Terms.
Tap In is a weekly reflection system. Participants answer three short questions and receive an instant reflection. Leaders receive a weekly summary that helps them see meaningful patterns across their group over time.
Tap In is a reflection and visibility system. It is not therapy, counseling, mental health treatment, crisis intervention, emergency services, or real-time monitoring. It does not replace human judgment.
Leaders create accounts to manage groups. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity that occurs on your account. You must be authorized to create the group you administer.
Leaders are responsible for the participants they invite to Tap In and for using the product in a manner appropriate to their role and setting. Where required, leaders are responsible for obtaining any parental or organizational consent needed for participants to take part.
Paid plans are billed per group at the price listed on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel renewals at any time from your billing page.
You agree not to use Tap In to harass, exploit, or harm participants; not to attempt to identify or surveil individual participants in ways that violate their reasonable expectations; and not to misuse the service in ways that interfere with other groups or the operation of the product.
Participants own their responses. Leaders may access the responses and summaries for their own groups. We process this content as described in our Privacy Policy and AI Transparency Policy.
Tap In is provided as a reflection and visibility tool. The mirror and weekly summary are reflective, not prescriptive. They are not medical, psychological, or clinical advice. Human responsibility for decisions about a person's care and wellbeing always comes first.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tap In's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced to active leaders by email, and the version and date at the top of this page will be updated.
