TAP IN: REFLECT

Choose the focus. Let your people see for themselves.

Leaders choose the focus. Participants see themselves inside it. Nobody prescribes what they should find there.

How a week works

FOCUS

A leader chooses a focus. A person sees themselves inside it.

REFLECT

They answer honestly. Nothing they write is summarized, scored, or judged.

NOTICE

Their own words come back to them — clearly. Not interpreted. Theirs.

CHOOSE

They decide what, if anything, to do with what they saw.

TRY

A small, self-chosen practice. Private. Unscored. Theirs.

RETURN

Next week, it reconnects with them — privately.

Point, don't push.

A leader selects the focus their people explore. That's the whole of their say. They don't choose what a person should discover, and neither does Tap In. Leaders receive one weekly group-level picture — a count of how many people are in, anonymous — never an individual answer, never a name.

Same engine. Same protections.

Tap In: Reflect runs on the existing Tap In Recognition Engine and the same governance: evidence, confidence, guardian, and human agency. Recognition is released, reduced, or withheld under the same rules. Leaders never see raw individual reflections.
